Directors’ indemnities

Directors’ and officers’ insurance has been set up for all Directors, covering their reasonable actions for the Company. A 2007 deed indemnifies all current and past Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries, supplementing this insurance. These indemnities, qualifying as third-party indemnity provisions under section 234 of the Companies Act 2006, were active in the 2025 financial year and continue to protect all eligible Directors.
